Job Purpose

The AI Policy Lead is responsible for coordinating the project management team processes and compliance process’. The PMO lead will also oversee the exchange of policy-related information between Meta and internal teams, ensuring successful policy enforcement, and addressing policy issues and trends. This role involves regular engagement with production, HR, IT, Training and Quality teams, maintaining contact with Meta, and ensuring continuous improvement and effective knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

 

AI Policy Lead - Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and mentor the Project Management team in executing new project implementations.
  • Define and communicate end-to-end strategies, ensuring clear documentation and process alignment.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Meta stakeholders to drive AI Policy initiatives and implementation plans.
  • Oversee change management across multiple programs and promote AI Policy best practices and efficiencies.

Policy Coordination

  • Facilitate the flow of policy information between Meta and internal teams.
  • Ensure policies are clearly communicated and resources are in place for effective implementation.

Communication & Feedback

  • Maintain ongoing communication with Meta, providing timely feedback on policy changes.
  • Identify and escalate resource gaps, policy issues, or inconsistencies.

Issue Resolution & Insights

  • Monitor trends and challenges in policy application, offering proactive solutions.
  • Provide policy improvement suggestions based on frontline insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Training and Quality teams to ensure consistent policy understanding and enforcement.
  • Support continuous improvement of training materials and resources.

 

Skills & Experience

 

  • Proficient in English, ideally fluent in another key language served by the outsourcing site.
  • Experience in an Operations environment, preferably in an international setting.
  • Good knowledge of quality/training processes and policy enforcement in an Operations environment.
  • High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results.
  • Passion for ensuring a world-class support experience for our community.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively.

 

Base Pay

$90,000 - 110,000 / year

 

Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
