As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our HR strategies with our business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth and enhance employee experience.
You will partner with the business leaders within the relevant geography, to develop and deliver an effective people strategy to facilitate the achievement of strategic and operational business objectives. Drive organizational success by building people capability through effective people strategies supported by engaging with and partnering with colleagues from People Services and Centers of Excellence (CoE).

Base Pay
$130,000 - $145,000 / year
Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
