Key Responsibilities
Support Train AI operations
Act as a liaison between program operations and HR People Services to ensure superior HR delivery to the business.
Coordinate delivery on HR-related projects and initiatives.
Ensure that our engagement with our community colleagues is clearly defined, fair and always compliant with local rules and regulations
Be the key contact person for any HR / employee related input to RFPs
Act as an escalation point for both program operations and community employees.
Based on feedback you receive from program leadership and community employees, initiate improvements to processes while ensuring they are scalable and efficient.
Partnership with leaders and managers
Build strong relationships with internal clients to support them with their people plans and in implementing global strategies and initiatives.
Under the leadership and direction of the Lead HR Business Partner, work with the Train AI team on organizational development including transformation, culture, change management, leadership development, organizational design, cost-efficiency, talent management, succession planning, and performance management processes.
Advise and coach leaders and managers in people management across the scope of employment lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, performance management, development, colleague relations, reward, succession planning and wellbeing.
Provide guidance and input on colleague relations issues, and partner with country HR teams on discipline, grievances, performance, absence management and restructuring/redundancies as required.
Additional tasks and activities
Act as a back-up for the Lead HR Business Partner in providing support to the Strategic Business Unit of which Train AI program is part.
Support HR tasks, activities and initiatives of the wider Business Unit.
Skills & Experience
Experience of working in a fast-paced, complex, global company, working directly with managers and leaders as a trusted adviser.
A breadth of exposure across the range of HR specialisms including performance management, leadership development, colleague relations, reward, succession planning and wellbeing.
Commitment to delivering results, an effective communicator and influencer capable of building relationships and driving through change while working in a collaborative and proactive way.
A positive, can-do and pragmatic approach to challenges and complexity. Able to gather and interpret complex information, bringing the right people together to make decisions.
An organised approach to work with good prioritization skills, project management skills, high level of numeracy and literacy with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and make best use of limited resources.
A focus on efficiency and continuous improvement, incorporating people analytics and practices to enable data driven business decisions and working with others within and outside HR to drive consistency.
Able to effectively collaborate and influence others around the world, both requesting and delivering on agreed goals and maintaining excellent two-way communication.
CIPD, PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or other relevant qualification with minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an HRBP or generalist role at senior manager level, with experience of operating in a geographically dispersed organization with colleagues located across multiple countries.
Base Pay
$110k - $130k / year
Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
