Job Purpose

The Quality Coordinator is an integral part of our Data Services team. They will play a key role in ensuring top-notch quality for our AI projects and be responsible for providing quality and innovation assistance to our project management teams. As part of the Data Services Team, the Quality Coordinator will help design, implement, and manage our quality strategy, including QA workflows, data analysis, and tracking of quality KPIs. Expertise evaluating AI-related skills and managing Quality Control processes will be essential for this role.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Define and implement quality frameworks, metrics, and strategies for Data Services projects.
  • Oversee end-to-end Quality Control (QC) processes, provide feedback to suppliers, and implement quality improvement plans.
  • Perform detailed task analysis to identify key quality drivers and develop efficient testing and onboarding methodologies for Data Services vendors.
  • Report on delivered quality, propose action plans for improvement, and address client quality escalations through collaboration with suppliers.
  • Provide support to data suppliers, evaluate QC providers, offer performance feedback and training, and collaborate with Solutions Architects to develop skill evaluation solutions and visualize quality metrics.
  • Stay updated on AI industry trends and contribute to the exploration of new opportunities.

Skills & Experience

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.A. or B.S.).
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing QA workflows, data analysis, and tracking quality KPIs.
  • Expertise in evaluating AI-related skills and managing Quality Control processes.
  • Strong ability to perform detailed task analysis and define key quality drivers.
  •  Ability to address client quality escalations and collaborate for root cause analysis.
  •  Excellent communication skills for providing feedback, support, and training to suppliers and data providers.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of AI industry trends and the ability to contribute to new opportunities.

Base Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 / year 

 

Actual rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to: position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
